Neverwinter open beta starts

Neverwinter open beta starts April 30

Cryptic and Perfect World are throwing open Neverwinter’s beta doors on April 30th. A joint press release states that there will be no character wipes or play restrictions after the open beta period begins.

If you can’t wait until the end of the month to get your free-to-play Forgotten Realms MMO fix, you can become a Neverwinter Founder and take part in the 60-hour Beta Weekend 4 that starts on April 12th. Founders will get first crack at the game’s profession system and may opt to pursue leatherworking, platesmithing, mailsmithing, or leadership.
Why would they want tab-targetting in an action combat game? Action combat is a specific genre of MMO now, if you don’t like it (here it comes) then don’t play it. Why people complain about the genre of an MMO when all they have to do is play a different genre. This game is MEANT to be action combat. But compared to Tera, I think they did a great job on the combat, personally. You can turn on auto-targeting even, that is, if you don’t want to have to rely so much on your own “aiming” so to speak, and dude, if you do that, it makes it so easy to target the mobs / players. If even the auto-targeting is too hard for you, then yeah, you really shouldn’t be playing an action combat game to begin with.
